I am a passionate educator, whether that's communicating to patients at the hospital bed, working with teams in their clubhouse, or engaging students in the classroom. I hold a PgDip in Teaching & Learning from GMIT, and I am the programme chair of MSc Applied Sport & Exercise Nutrition. I also teach on undergraduate programmes at GMIT including BSc Public Health Nutrition, and BSc Sport & Exercise Science.
