     With a focus on education, Nóra can engage groups from very young to very old, and leave you lots of practical tips to improve your sports performance straight away…and without spending a fortune on pills, powders and potions. Nóra has the science to help you to use food appropriately to get the best out of your training and competition.

     

    Workshops last approximately 60 minutes with 20-30 minutes for Q&A but are always tailored to the individual club and age-group.
